Order Processing & Shipping Details

To ensure clarity and transparency for our customers, we follow a structured processing and shipping schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday. (Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.)
  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. (All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly extended.)
  • Transit Time: 7–12 business days, (Monday to Friday) (Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location within the United States.)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Address Information:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Dulypets store is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

Split Shipments:
